Conditions for tuition refund are as follows

  1. Time to request a refund is not more than 5 days from the time of payment
  2. The duration of study does not exceed 30%

  1. You will receive your tuition back within 15 working days of submitting your request for refund and submitting your banking information to us.
  2. We will refund the tuition fee via bank transfer
  3. The amount you receive will deduct payment fee (if any) and transfer fee (if any)

** We do not refund in the following cases:

Problems arising from the customer side

  • Customers can’t arrange a study time or don’t want to study anymore
  • Technical errors from the customer such as broken device, unresponsive network connection, old app/browser cannot learn, etc.
  • Customers pay to a third party, cannot prove that they have paid for MYEQ. Please contact a third party to request a refund

** For Self-study +|- Code course or +|- Code course with MYEQ Facilitator: You choose Course 1 or Course 2. Check the total tuition fee in the Selection Summary section. Then select AGREE

Step 1:

In the Cart, enter the Gift Code (if any), select Apply.

Check the total tuition fee to be paid, select Pay.

If you want to select more courses, click Select more courses

Step 2:

When clicking Pay, you fill in your Name, Surname, Email, Phone, Address, City

Check the Tuition Receipt Contents

You can pay in 2 ways

  • Option 1: You pay by scanning the QR code on the screen through your e-banking app

MYEQ only offers online payment. After the customer has successfully paid, we will send you an account activation code within 3 working days via the email you registered.

We do not deliver course activation codes through the carrier.
