Conditions for tuition refund are as follows

1. Time to request a refund is not more than 5 days from the time of payment
2. The duration of study does not exceed 30%

To proceed with the refund process, please email info.myeq@sctfoundation.org

Note:

1. You will receive your tuition back within 15 working days of submitting your request for refund and submitting your banking information to us.
2. We will refund the tuition fee via bank transfer
3. The amount you receive will deduct payment fee (if any) and transfer fee (if any)

** We do not refund in the following cases:

Problems arising from the customer side

• Customers can’t arrange a study time or don’t want to study anymore
• Technical errors from the customer such as broken device, unresponsive network connection, old app/browser cannot learn, etc.
• Customers pay to a third party, cannot prove that they have paid for MYEQ. Please contact a third party to request a refund

Access the website MYEQ.CENTER, select Login in the right corner of the screen, select [Login to MYEQ Vietnam]

Step 2:

* If you do not have an account, select Register, please enter your Email, First Name, Last Name, Password, Confirm Password, select I accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then select [REGISTER]

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email sent to your Email

* If you already have an account, enter your Username/Email, Password, select [LOGIN]

* If you forgot your password, select Forgot Password, enter Username/Email, select [RESET EMAIL LINK]

You will receive the following message, please check your email inbox/advertisement/spam, select Reset password, then enter a new password, select [SAVE]

Step 1:

Go to Programs – Plus Minus Code or click on the link https://www.myeq.center/programs/plus-minus-code/

In the section Choose a course, click Register to choose the course you want

Step 3:

** For the +|- Code Discovery course: Choose any 3 courses you want to learn. Check the total tuition fee in the Selection Summary section. Then select AGREE

** For Self-study +|- Code course or +|- Code course with MYEQ Facilitator: You choose Course 1 or Course 2. Check the total tuition fee in the Selection Summary section. Then select AGREE

Step 1:

In the Cart, enter the Gift Code (if any), select Apply.

Check the total tuition fee to be paid, select Pay.

If you want to select more courses, click Select more courses

Step 2:

When clicking Pay, you fill in your Name, Surname, Email, Phone, Address, City

Check the Tuition Receipt Contents

Then click [Order]

Step 4:

You can pay in 2 ways

• Option 1: You pay by scanning the QR code on the screen through your e-banking app
• Option 2: You transfer according to the information below to Vietinbank. After completing the transfer, select [I HAVE ALREADY PAID]

MYEQ only offers online payment. After the customer has successfully paid, we will send you an account activation code within 3 working days via the email you registered.

We do not deliver course activation codes through the carrier.

1. Payment information

Customers can pay for the course by scanning the QR code after clicking Pay, or by bank transfer with the following information:

2. Payment information protection policy

We are committed to ensuring that the necessary security measures are taken seriously for all payment activities on the myeq.center website.

Customer’s transaction information will be protected according to the principles and regulations of information security in the banking and finance industry according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

We do not directly store customer card information. The security of customer payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Gateway Partner. We only store the order number, transaction code and bank name.

We will collect customer information including: Full Name, Contact Address, Email, Phone Number

When collecting personal information from customers, we want to provide the necessary support to customers, protect their rights and ensure respect for their privacy.

6. Methods for customers to modify personal information on the data system

Customers can update, correct or cancel their personal information by:

Step 2: Customers choose Edit account on the left column. On the right column, customers can edit First Name, Last Name, Display Name, Email Address, or Change Password. Then select [SAVE CHANGES]

7. Commitment to customer information confidentiality

We are committed to protecting customer’s personal information according to the following contents:

• We have the right to change the price list of courses and payment methods to suit the needs and development direction of the website MYEQ.CENTER as well as of  Vietnam Emotional Intelligence MY EQCo., Ltd.

2. Obligations

• Responsible for building website content, updating and supplementing the appropriate knowledge system.
• Provide complete and accurate information about products, prices, payment methods to customers.
• Comply with regulations on payment, advertising, promotion, protection of intellectual property rights, protection of consumer rights and relevant laws when providing products/services on the website

• Customers have the right to participate in free/paid courses of MYEQ.
• Customers will enjoy the preferential policies provided by us when customers register for the course during the promotion period.
• Customers have the right to give comments during use, all suggestions are sent directly by phone, email. All comments and questions of customers will be answered by the customer service department in the shortest time possible.

2. Obligations

• Customers will be responsible for the security and storage of all service use activities under their registered name, password and email. Customers need to promptly notify us of the unauthorized use of the account so that the two parties can take appropriate action.
• Customers commit not to copy, modify, distribute courses or create tools similar to MYEQ without our consent.
